Get there before 10 a.m. if you want a decent sightline for the main event, and don't try to park in the Prince George garage after 9 — walk in from the college side instead. Kids love the chaos; couples love the people-watching.

Colonial-era brewing demonstration in the Historic Area — how they actually made beer in the 1770s, from grain to fermentation. Pairs unbelievably well with an afternoon at any of the modern breweries afterward. Nerdy in the best way.
